Escape from Craggish

We slipped the restrictive cuffs and sloped off somewhat exhausted after months of clearing, burning, stowing, forcing unsuspecting guests away with old books, used Y's and empty bottles.
Quite a relief to arrive en France at Trevignon(near Corncarneau) to have no more clearing up. It couldn't have been better as the sun has been out solidly for weeks getting us acclimatised for our Aug/Sep/Oct Australian leg into the outback. It will be spring in Aus. so the temps will be fine 20o building up to 30o nearer Christmas. The overnight in Perth was quoted last night as 5o, so cool enough at the end of winter there.
I'd almost forgotten that TB (Tony Blair) existed until a guest arrived in from the UK with a paper. My therapist would have been proud the way I fought the paper round the u bend.
Jack & Kate are having a great time with the beach across the road, so daily dooks and boogie boarding if the waves are good. We have all been sailing on catamarrans which, in French style they allow you to get well out to sea before they bother asking if you have any ability.
Bastille day was excellent with fireworks at the harbour. There is a concert at the harbour on Friday night so another late one for the weans. We have been coming off the beach regularly
at 10pm as the sun sets about 10.30pm, as the pic with Kate in.
An excellent start to our gap year
